Before the blog
Long before this journal, I was asking and answering questions on Usenet and mailing lists. Here are 154 of those posts from 1997 to 2010, from my own small outfit and an ISP NOC to OpenBSD firewalls.

Sixmillion
Running my own small outfit, Sixmillion (“Truman Boyes III, President”), posting from defraz.org. Mostly curiosity: the QNX real-time OS and what an ISDN line could really do.
qnx books
With this recent marketing craze and discussion of QNX ... I would think that books should be available

SuperLink Internet Services
Network Operations at SuperLink, an ISP in East Brunswick, NJ. Days of ISDN SPIDs, Ascend Pipelines, early DSL and customers’ NAT questions, answered on comp.dcom.* — and the start of a long run with OpenBSD.

suspicious.org — OpenBSD and firewalls
Posting as suspicious.org (and from research.suspicious.org), mostly on openbsd-misc and the firewalls list: NAT, IPsec, ipf, chrooted SSH, routing two uplinks. Later came Juniper ERX questions on juniper-nsp and a Postfix one in 2005.

A few later threads on IPv6 operations, NANOG and juniper-nsp.
Re: Some suggestions for draft-ietf-v6ops-cpe-simple-security-03
I believe internal to external tunnel flow/solicitation should be permitted by default.
Re: some real life data
What are the other 2 percent of the teredo hits?
