I ordered the new Blackberry 8700c, which is not available in New Zealand at this time. I am having it shipped here from the USA, for a fairly reasonable price. I have been looking for the perfect phone/pda thingy for some time now, and there are a lot of choices with some more desireable than others.

My list of must haves were:

bluetooth
email support
good quality speakerphone
sms
easy to type on

And I already carried the Blackberry 7200 series, which has worked just fine for email/sms, but the phone quality on it pretty much sucks. People usually sound fine to me, but they complain about how noisy it is when I call them from the BB.

I did some research into the 8700c and people have been pretty happy about the quality; plus you can use a bluetooth headset and those usually have good condensor mikes.
