the wii just rocks — Truman Boyes

Matt dropped off a wii for me at the office; this thing is killer. The sports games are so much fun; we played Bowling and boxing tonight and I was thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness in the controls. Nintendo knows fun; forget the graphics rendering speeds on other systems. Other systems don’t come close to the fun of Nintendo. Plus, even the WiFI setup and the included apps, such as Weather Forcast and Headline News look and feel great on the LCD panel in the lounge. This is probably the most impressive console for me since NES 8 bit.

In the past I have modd’ed some older consoles, and I may with this one as well, if only so I can play other region games; however out of general principal for the nintendo enthusiasts and the fact that these guys are competing heavily with sony and microsoft I would gladly buy fun games for this console even if they were available in other seedy places ;)
