puff-a-mint pattie gets crunched

I thought it was quite amuzing that a company, by the name of Beyond Bomb, operating in Oakland, California was manufacturing marajuana-laced candy and softdrinks. NBC reported that the drugs were laced into the products, but on further inspection of the pictures, it is clearly printed that hash-oil is infused with the chocolate.

This hash-oil would actually be tetrahydrocannabinol, which could potentially be up to 70% more potent that average marajuana. If these "drug candy bars" were sold at normal candy bar prices, I would presume that the actual ingredient would be hemp-oil which contains virtually no THC, and is not classified as a psychoactive drug.
